It’s All About Video
Each month the club invites guest speakers from the video industry and also club members to present seminars on aspects of video production and editing.
Featured Video of the Month
Each month the Club selects one member video to feature on the Club website. This month's selection is the First Place winner at our Club's Annual Members Video Contest held this past October, namely What You Can See in Tanzania submitted by Virginia Misoff. This 15-minute movie is about Tanzania's lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, exotic birds and so many other animals that live in this part of East Africa. Virginia's movie, shot while she was on safari, records many of these creatures and provides a narration explaining the roles each play in their habitat.

JAN 13th
Fred Heiman movie maker: High-definition presentation of footage recorded at Opera San Jose, followed by a wildlife documentary.
FEB 10th
Award winning amateur movies from AMPS and NCCAMC organizations will be screened.
MARCH 10th
Celtx media pre-production software will be demonstrated by Milt Kostner, followed by a Tech-Tips video.
APRIL 14th
How "Through the Dark Glass" Club movie was made.
MAY 12th
Nimitz Grade School movies will be screened and presented by 3rd grade students.
JUNE 9th
"Theme Challenge" night with screening of movies produced by Club members.
JULY 13th
"High-Definition medium-priced camcorders presentation by Keeble & Shuchat.
AUGUST 11th
"Creative Editing" night with screening of movies produced by Club members from the same canned footage of twenty clips.
SEPTEMBER 7th
Screenings of "The Better Part's Bob Meacham Interview" and "The Opening of Jackie Q".
OCTOBER 13th
"Annual Member Video Contest" night with screening of movies produced by Club members this year.
NOVEMBER 10th
